About the Author: Robert Walsh is a musician, speaker, author and educator. Robert has released 6 CDs as an artist, co-written 4 musicals, and his songs and compositions have been heard on stage, radio, television, film, and at commissioned events, performed by himself and others. His work has been nominated for numerous awards, some of which he has taken home.

As a singer-songwriter, musician, musical director and producer, Robert has worked with everything from symphony orchestras to big bands to pop artists to folk singers, with many famous artists and many who should be famous.

As an educator, Robert pioneered a popular high school music course in Alberta, and has given workshops and spoken on various aspects of music making and the music industry across Canada in English and French. He authored the book “Bob’s Book of Music Theory” (La théorie musicale selon Bob”), and taught Songwriting at MacEwan University for many years.
